Don’t Drink … Gamble!

by Kale on Oct.13, 2024, under Casino

If you enjoy having a a beverage occasionally, keep your cash at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your wallet, and leave all money, credit cards and checkbooks at home. Only take whatever cash you intend to spend on drinks, tipping and only the pocket change you expect to lose and keep the remainder behind.

Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You may well have a win after a boozy night out with your friends and be blessed enough to hook a 25 minute toss at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure because it’s as brief as it gets if you regularly drink alcohol and bet. The pair just don’t mix.

Leaving your money at home is a tiny bit drastic, but precautionary actions for excessive behavior is necessary. If you play to succeed, then do not drink and bet. If you are able to afford to burn your cash nary a concern, then consume all the no charge booze you are able to handle, but don’t pack charge cards and checks to toss into the mix of chasing losses after your drunken self loses everything!

Allow me to take this a single step more. Don’t drink alcohol and then hop on to the internet to bet in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my home, however seeing that I’m linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t consume alcohol and bet.

How come? Although I don’t drink alcohol to excess, when I consume alcohol, it’s definitely adequate to blur my better judgment. I wager, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both create a dangerous, and expensive, drink.
